Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Conduct stock audits regularly to ensure accuracy and reconcile physical stock with recorded inventory levels for both B2B and B2C transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, support decision-making processes, and provide valuable insights to enhance business performance.
Handle tax filings, including VAT, sales tax, and other relevant taxes applicable to both B2B and B2C transactions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to support financial operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience (3+ years) working as an accountant in a manufacturing setting catering to both B2B and B2C customer bases.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial compliance for diverse customer bases.
Experience in conducting stock audits and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
