Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial data.
- Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and answering inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
