Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial data.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation and answering inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on month-end close processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
