Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.

If you are our APJ LCS Financial analyst basin India, you will have a chance to

  • Lead month end close and flash processes and activities.
  • Lead and drive annual budget planning process.
  • Consult with business leaders to guide and influence long term and strategic planning efforts.
  • Review monthly and quarterly results with finance and business leaders and provide insightful commentary on key cost drivers.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that positively impact CS finance and business operations activities.
  • Provide business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations/solutions to drive business improvement.


We are looking for an individual with:
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting
  • P&L experience
  • Able to work independently and with vague definitions
  • Working with remote teams


Education & Experience Recommended
• MBA or Advanced certifications (CA/CMA/CPA)
• Typically has 5-8 years of work experience along with, advanced certifications (CA/CMA/CPA)
