In Commercial Org OPEX Finance Team, we manage spend planning, forecasting, actuals tracking, P&L analysis, story behind the numbers and decision making. We also provide business and financial consulting, drive process improvements, digital transformation and ensure process compliance.

Description -
In Commercial Org OPEX Finance Team, we manage spend planning, forecasting, actuals tracking, P&L analysis, story behind the numbers and decision making. We also provide business and financial consulting, drive process improvements, digital transformation and ensure process compliance.
Currently, we are looking for an aspiring FP&A lead with great enthusiasm to learn and contribute in Finance Planning and Analytics
Main responsibilities are:
- Lead CO OPEX Financial planning and forecasting
- Annual Budget planning including O&O and upload in SACP
- Lead monthly forecast reviews and upload in SACP
- Month end spend variance analysis (Budget vs Actual/Flash vs Actual/Expected exit vs Actual)
- Story behind the numbers
- Maintaining Master Data (Enable MRU/Sub MRU creation, Cost Pool creation, Cost center creation)
- Business level spend allocation, Segment level analysis and handling GBU queries
- Project Management and process improvements
- Automation Knowledge (SQL Python, PowerBI, power query, VBA)
- Excellent system knowledge in SACP, S4, Webi
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Understand OPEX impact to overall CO level and P&L
- Provide finance consulting where needed
- Lead, design, and improve financial analysis to drive better business and financial results
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in finance; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred
- Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, presentations).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Superior teamwork skills
- Strong business acumen.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to build relationship across teams and cultures
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, accept challenges, perform, and contribute
- Flexibility and manage time zone difference
