Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial activities including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys goals Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decisionmaking Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field MBA or CPA preferred Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role Strong understanding of financial management accounting principles and regulations Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills Proficiency in financial software and tools
