The Saunders College of Business invites applications for a full-time lecturer position in Finance and Accounting. Responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate accounting, taxation, and finance courses. The College values collegial individuals who are excellent communicators and innovative teachers. The College works closely with the business community, which provides research and professional opportunities. The typical teaching schedule is eight semester courses per academic year.

Department/College Description
THE DEPARTMENT of Finance and Accounting is served by 18 faculty members, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality education and research in finance and accounting. The department offers undergraduate programs in both finance and accounting. At the graduate level, the department offers a Master of Science program in Accounting and Analytics and a Master of Science program in Finance. These programs are designed to equip students with practical skills and theoretical knowledge essential for their careers. THE COLLEGE: The Saunders College of Business is served by approximately 70 faculty and 40 staff members who value collegiality and teamwork. The college is accredited by AACSB International and offers a bachelor's degree in business with nine different majors. Graduate programs include an MBA, executive MBA, and several Master of Science programs. The college welcomed its first Ph.D. class in the Fall of 2023. Required Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree with a focus in Finance and Accounting, or a closely related field from an AACSB (or equivalent) accredited institution
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively in a variety of Finance and Accounting courses
- Willingness to engage in service to the department or college, with an emphasis on curriculum development and student success
- Ability to contribute in meaningful ways to the college's continuing commitment to cultural diversity, pluralism, and individual differences
- Demonstrated ability to interact with the business community
