Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.” Duties and Responsibilities
RBI Regulatory COE:
Work closely with the RBI Reporting Team to provide project management support, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance Team during RBI inspections
Provide project management support to the Reporting Team, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issues
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for RBI inspections
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Identify areas for process improvement and work with the Finance Team to implement changes
Act as a liaison between the Finance Team and other departments within the organization Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
CA / CA Inter having minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
Having strong background of accounting & financial systems
Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

1 - 2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
