Job Duties & responsibilities
  • To ensure all elements of revenue generation & cost incidence are captured accurately and have financial controls in place to prevent revenue & cost leakages
  • Tracking, analyzing & reporting of financial dashboard for the segments, product groups & branches basis Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) policy
  • Prepare the budgets & forecast for the year as well as monthly flash
  • Preparing the business review presentation, budget presentation etc
  • Identification & resolution of system issues & driving automation of manual processes
  • Cost analytics to drive cost efficiencies at entity level as also the cost allocation methodologies for segment / product / branch basis the cost drivers
  • Guidance on IFRS Accounting & ensure Group month-end closure. Support the accounting set up in the core banking for new products / processes
  • Head office reporting - To prepare and timely submit various financial and regulatory submission to Head office

Required Experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of MIS experience in a Bank or NBFC. Bank preferred
  • Experience on Qlikview, Tableau or other financial application would be preferred

Education / Preferred Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant
