Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating their personal goals with the organization's objectives, aiming to become a catalyst in mutual growth. The candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing teams and coordinating various financial assignments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare Ind AS compliant financial statements, notes to accounts, and handle audits.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of books of accounts and prepare MIS reports.
Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization, and monthly CAPEX reports.
Prepare working capital presentations and compare them with previous months and budgets.
Review trial balance monthly and analyze variations in expenses.
Ensure correct TDS deduction for all payments.
Coordinate with statutory auditors to complete quarterly and yearly audits.
Assist internal and management auditors and provide satisfactory responses.
Prepare quarterly TDS returns and monthly TDS workings.
Handle income tax assessments and prepare tax audit reports.
Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
Develop and train new hires.
Coordinate with purchase and store departments for pending GRIR and advances.
Qualification:-
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP.
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 and other accounting software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Determined, focused, and sincere.
Proficient in MS Excel.
