Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial analysis and support for their financial strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
• Analyze financial data and report on key financial metrics.
• Monitor financial performance metrics, comparing actual results to budgets, and providing early-stage recommendations.
• Participate in evaluating operational costs, looking for potential opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Translate financial data into insights to support business unit leaders' decision-making processes.
• Work closely with colleagues in finance and other departments to ensure consistency in financial strategies and practices across the organization.
• Actively seek opportunities for learning and professional growth in the field of finance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business partnership
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus
