Job Description:

Manage timely and accurate month & quarter end close process for EMEA Region in partnership with the various clusters & market Finance teams. Various activities supported & reviewed as part of the Month end close are Intercompany, Finance cube, Year end pack, IFRS15, IFRS16, FR packs, etc.
Co-ordinate & Support on the Group & KPMG related queries.
Drive monthly variance analysis vs Actuals and Forecast at Regional level, monitoring of the aged balances and provide detailed review commentaries in NWC dashboard, F2F and Deep dive.
Lead the NWC simplified forecasting during budget & RF.
Interact with Market CFOs and FCs, Group and Regional Controllership team to understand requirements, set expectations, address concerns
Monitor the monthly compliances related to Coupa Intercompany submission, Financial reporting and BS reconciliations.
Approve the BS reconciliations including partnering with various market teams to drive quality as per the policy requirement.
Identify CI & Automation opportunities and process improvement opportunities and lead the implementation.
Partner with Region Controllership team in driving and improving the overall control environment.
Support on Adhoc request from various streams - KPMG, GFRA, FCAT & Regional team.
