Senior Manager -Strategic Finance

Your role:

We are looking for an Senior Manager -Strategic Finance who can lead key strategic & transformational initiatives org wide with other functions & running special operational projects Supporting customer & partner contract negotiations, deal management & leading cost control initiative.Provide strategic financial insights and forecasts to the executive management team to support informed decision-making.Develop and communicate financial projections, budgets, and strategic plans.

A day in the life at Innovaccer:

• Developing strategic initiatives and reports for investors and leadership, advise on strategic direction and advice on critical business/product decisions.
• Managing all business unit (BAU) operations such as monthly close, quarterly close, and integrating new programs and acquisitions.
• Maintaining a comprehensive overview of all future and current business along with monitoring several SaaS enterprise health matrices.
• Becoming a financial business partner to more teams, making sure performance drivers are clearly communicated to management
• Developing high-level numerical analysis, high-level excel, financial modeling, and basic accounting principles to generate annual AOP/budgeting including routine FPA activities Publishing monthly and quarterly operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for CXOs and external investors including detailed information and financial health
• Designing for further international expansion so that we can more quickly launch in new markets and with new partners
• Prioritizing your team’s backlog and work across teams to drive features

What You Need:

• 5 - 8 years experience in FP&A functions
• At Least 1-2 years of work experience in consulting organizations will be preferred
• Proficiency in internal and external financial system designs and ability to manage system upgrades.
• Strong experience in enterprise-level financial controls and risk management.
• CA, Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent thereof (e.g., CFA); or MBA from aT-I college/university
• Proven technical skills, proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior management and in front of an audience
• Benchmark technical parameters against global and Indian best practices and implement improvements within the department
• Exceptional data analysis and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to provide strategic financial leadership and drive financial excellence.
