• Requires a minimum 6 to 7 years in various role of finance related to business analytics,
• Financial / Accounting Degree (CA / CPA Preferred)Certification
• Must be solid on ERP and Financial systems with expert level in SAP, HFM, BW.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• IFRS, Local GAAP and Local taxes Knowledge
• Capacity to collaborate and work with stakeholders
• Have working knowledge of accounting standards especially POC accounting
This position to be based at Country Level , (Combination / Cluster of multiple countries)
The incumbent is responsible for all financial reporting for EEC India, for leading the drive for productivity from our investments in systems, and making the changes needed to ensure the benefits are delivered. S/he will lead all aspects of productivity / financial analysis
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Basic Function
• Responsible for the integrity of the financial systems and data
• Assist in the development of management reporting capabilities to ensure the delivery of relevant, timely information in an efficient manner
• Produce KPI report and the Operating pack and any other ad hoc reporting request
• EEC Closing support from Audit perspective & Schedules preparation
• Drive compliance with governance and the Delegation of Authority
• Monthly Books Closing & Flash working for Chennai & Bangalore
• Lead monthly forecasting and actual review processes
• Preparing SP/ cost rates for Chennai & Bangalore
• Preparing EEC Global Dashboard work for Cyber, Learning Services & TMC
• Complete EEC Financial Management locally for Chennai & Bangalore (employee payment clearance, advance, Amex card etc.)
• Project Release and maintenance for Chennai & Bangalore
