About the Job:
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Corporate Controller is responsible for the financial operations of the System which includes ensuring monthly financial reporting is completed timely, accurately and in accordance with GAAP. Additionally, the Corporate Controller is responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the System's reported financial results, and ensure that System assets are adequately safeguarded.

About the Job:
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Corporate Controller is responsible for the financial operations of the System which includes ensuring monthly financial reporting is completed timely, accurately and in accordance with GAAP. Additionally, the Corporate Controller is responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the System's reported financial results, and ensure that System assets are adequately safeguarded.
What You'll Do:
- Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and statistical data for others.
- Oversees the general accounting function which includes intercompany accounting, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, balance sheet management, fixed assets, payroll, and accounts payable
- Develops and maintains financial accounting systems (including upgrades) for cash management, accounts payable, capital acquisitions, investments, payroll, and financial reporting. Involved with validating/designing suggested changes to ensure accounting requirements continue to be met
- Implements and oversees month-end financial preparation and close and ensures timely delivery of financials and reporting packages

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, Required
- Extensive knowledge of health system financial programs, policies, procedures, Preferred
- Minimum 10 years of management/supervisory experience in accounting environment, Required
- Strong computer skills with ability to utilize various software, Required
