Position Summary
As the Head of Digital Financial Services at ACE UNION, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital financial services strategy. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, a proven track record in driving innovation, and the ability to navigate regulatory challenges. You will lead a dynamic team to develop and launch cutting-edge digital financial products, forge strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will be instrumental in propelling ACE UNION to the forefront of the digital financial services revolution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for digital financial services, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and enhance the digital financial services portfolio.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative digital financial products and services.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience across various platforms.
- Build a market excelling product line, offering best-in-class services and user experience that contributes to the product vision and business strategy.
- Close involvement in documentation, validation, verification of critical performance data, feedback, and findings related to the customer journey.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Achieve short-term and long-term business goals in the most effective and efficient manner according to the supervision and direction of management.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance the company's digital financial services ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes in the financial services industry and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, metrics, and cost analysis on the development of a new product.
- Gathering post-launch client feedback, measuring performance, and quickly capturing learnings to adapt the product.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement policies that adhere to regulatory standards.
- Works to improve the organization’s market position and streamline business activities.
- Making plans and strategies to open new business corridors and ventures.
- Champion customer-centricity by understanding user needs and preferences to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Become the key evangelist of and participate in press activities, conferences, and discussions with thought leaders and market analysts.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction with digital financial services.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the digital financial services platform.
- Monitor and assess risk factors and ensure the security and integrity of customer data.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree in business / computer science or related discipline is required. Having either an MBA or Master of Computer Science is preferrable.
- Minimum 10 years of Head Level Experience in Financial Services Sector.
- Good track record in delivering Digital Products services like Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Wallets, Self-Servicing Channels, Automated Systems.
- Technically proficient with all current and potential concepts of the IT & Digital Banking industry.
- Have a solid understanding and grasp of Processes Automation.
- Demonstrated ability to apply digital solutions to business problems.
- Proven experience in planning, organizing, and development.
- Strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to manage team members.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent negotiation skills, presentation skills and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver the results within the deadline.
