Position is located in Cleburne, TX.
We're currently looking for a General Finance Manager (Finance Director) with a strong background in the RV / Automotive business and expertise in team building and promoting profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial department for the RV Dealership in the US.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting, with experience working in the RV industry or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans, forecasts, budgeting, and analysis.
- Lead/manage the finance team, mentoring, and motivating them in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Drive performance improvements and efficiency to maximize profitability and minimize cost.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, cash flow, and compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance to the executive team, board members, and other company leadership in financial matters and strategies.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and systems to manage risk, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and streamline financial processes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance with 3+ years of experience in the RV business, with a deep understanding of the industry.
Proven track record in leading and managing teams, promoting a collaborative culture, and building a high-performance team.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Excellent computer skills.
