Description:
Town and Country Supply Association is a midsize Co-Op located in Laurel, MT with roots dating back to the 1930's. Our mission is to proactively help farmers and ranchers manage input cost, maximize production, and achieve higher profitability.
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The right candidate will work closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors to achieve sustainability along with profitability. A successful candidate would possess strong analytical skills and have a deep understanding of financial regulations and standards. As the CFO the candidate would be responsible for the overall Co-Op strategy with emphasis on the bottom-line performance, working capital and patrons value. This position will provide financial insights to help make decisions about formulating and executing strategy.
Responsibilities
o Executes the financial strategy.
o Drive financial planning.
o Develop plans for growth.
o Identify investment opportunities.
o Write Annual financial reports.
o Assist division managers with important financial decisions.
o Develop annual & Quarterly budgets.
o Supervise accounting and finance departments.
o Perform risk management by analyzing the liabilities and investments.

o Analytical: Should be comfortable taking in data from all divisions which include Agronomy, Energy, C-Store and Casino's.
o Leadership: The ability to manage time wisely and inspire others to do the same, delegate tasks, motivate employees and make good decisions
o Risk Assessment: Identify risk easily and find ways to mitigate it before it reaches crises levels.
o Communication: Must communicate with diverse patrons and board members both verbally and in writing.
o Strong Ethics
o Strong background in Finance, Accounting and Business required.
o bachelor's degree or proven experience as a CFO or Controller.
Salary Range
$90k - $130k based on experience.
