Job Description
"Looking for a strong & go-getter for North America Cloud team who can work on Budget/Forecast and Close reporting. Candidate would be leading a Cloud Region.Candidate should be responsible for preparing weekly forecast reports to Cloud Regional Partners, Perform Deal Analysis, OPEX & HC Reporting. Proficient in handling Corporate reporting Tools and should have knowledge on restatements, Corporate Hierarchies etc.Closely work with Field Business Partner in finalizing Cloud KPIs and should be able to interpret numbers. Ability to drive Cloud Revenue & Consumption, should be able to challenge numbers.Host forecast/close calls with excellent presentation skills, capable to cross collaborate with other regions & among peers. Expecting good and strong communication skills with Inter/Advanced excel skillset. 6 Years of Relevant experience and 3 years within Oracle. CA/CMA/MBA Preferred. "

Responsibilities
As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
