P3D & Incubation Spend Financial Analyst

Description -

Summary
This role is to manage end to end financial spend for some of HP 3D and Incubation businesses.

These are one of the most dynamic businesses with a tremendous growth opportunities.

With the global scope, the candidate will support the stakeholders across the world working together with other spend analysts, business partners and category finance team.

The role serves as a key advisor to senior management on all aspects relating to spend, analysing financial results, and providing recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly actuals reports and compare them with the forecasted spend, highlighting variances and trends.
  • Analyze the drivers of spend changes and provide insights that facilitate decision making to the business and finance stakeholders.
  • Lead the spend flash process for the business.
  • Book system entries such as accruals and x-charges.
  • Support the annual budgeting and planning process for the GBU
  • Cost center management
  • Adhoc support and analysis


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
