Job Purpose

The Accounts Manager will supervise and oversee day-to-day transport financial transactions, maintain accurate records, coordinate with various teams, and ensure the smooth functioning of the transport’s transports accounting department.

Job Duties

• Supervise and direct the activities of the transport accounting team.
• Coordinate and communicate with the marketing team for financial coordination.
• Develop and maintain regular logistics accounting reports.
• Verify daily transport accounting transactions.
• Coach and train team members as needed.
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Required Qualifications

Education: MBA in logistics, transport accounting or Finance.

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant logistics, transport accounting experience.
• Internship or working experience under CA.

Experience:

Knowledge

• Proficiency in business reporting.
• Familiarity with software development coordination.
• Knowledge of transport accounting software.
