Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to exceed targets in a high-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and building relationships with students preparing for CA exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business leads through calls and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential students.
- Conduct 100-150 daily calls to guide students regarding CA Exam Test Series and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure student satisfaction and 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education sector.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities.
