Overview:
The Manager of Clinic Services is responsible for development and implementation of improvement strategies including analysis of financial and operational data to enhance success in Novant Health Medical Group practices. Responsibility will include direct supervision of team members performing functions related to this work or any additional projects identified. Projects may include work related to operational activities, including revenue-cycle related functions in the practice setting, Dimensions workflows, best practices and continuity of operational procedures. This position will include responsibility for creating tools for all projects related to project tracking, monitoring, and completion and follow up. This position must always reflect the highest level of customer service and be focused on operational improvement and financial vitality. Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of Leadership in Clinic Services as well as interacting with Senior Leaders in NHMG and NH. In addition, this position will include assistance with internal and external financial reporting, accounting and transactional research and analysis and participation in the annual budgeting process.

Management Experience in Healthcare

Qualifications:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree required. Graduate Degree preferred.

Experience: 5 years Management experience in healthcare industry required. Physician practice management experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Type (ex NP, RN, CMA) required/preferred.

Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Outstanding communication and management skills required. Embrace teambuilding and possess interpersonal relationship skills. Flexibility with a desire to drive positive change. Proven ability to develop and execute organizational or project related strategies and communication plans. Project leadership skills required. Strong analytical skills-ability to assimilate information, identify problems and needs, and make any associated decisions required for improvement and execution. Extensive knowledge of spreadsheet tools, tracking tools, reporting systems, and database technologies. Successfully manage multiple priorities.
