Our client, a leader in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a dynamic Finance Director to join their team.

As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, providing strategic financial insights and guidance to senior management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure effective and efficient financial management.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and initiatives.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team.

Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Master of Business Administration preferred.

Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA required.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management position.

Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong leadership and management skills.
