GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manager of Financial Analysis is responsible for providing financial analysis and accounting support for business operations, new programs and capital projects . The position is responsible for monitoring on-going budget variances, general ledger account analysis, revenue and expense analysis ,researches and analyzes transactions to resolve budget problems, cash flow analysis and assist with year end audit schedules. Provides required financial reports and documents for real estate transactions, and financing and refinancing of ce11ain loan facilities. The Senior Manager will need to have a solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices with the ability to convey infonnation to clinical, administrative, and fiscal management.
ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:
I. Provides financial planning, reporting and oversees the financial particulars of new programs, capital projects and business ventures.
2. Prepares needed financial reports (budgets, sources and uses) as required for new programs, capital projects and business ventures
3. Provides contract and grant administration for new projects during start up.
4. Maintains document retention systems related to new programs, capital projects, and business ventures
S. Provides financial support services /ad hoc financial analysis as requested
6. Holds preliminary discussions of apparent deficiencies and operating deficits with department directors to verify and to obtain explanations of reasons for each apparent deficiency.
7. Reviews and provides analysis of quarterly financial statements and completes ratio analysis.
8. Participates in the balancing, and reconciliation of assigned general ledger and subsidiary accounts including fixed assets and construction in progress.
9. Assist with the completion of the IRS 990s and year end audit schedules and notes.

12. Prepares corporate capital budgets.
13. Monitors on-going budget variances, sources and use reports to determine if funds are available and if revenue and expenditures are properly classified; researches and analyzes transactions to resolve budget problems; provides analysis of available funds at management request.
14. Assists in preparation of cost reimbursement reports and other interim reports as may be required.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform supervisory duties as may be assigned by the CFO.
2. Timely alerts to CFO of all problems, issues and concerns that affect Fiscal depa1iment operations.
3. Adherence to established deadlines.

Requirements
PREREQUISITES & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
I. Bachelor's degree in accounting or master's degree in business administration (MBA) from an accredited college or university.
2. Valid FBI clearance, PA criminal history check and child abuse history clearance required within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
3. Three to Five years' managerial accounting experience or any combination of experience, education, and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skill, and ability required.
