Key Responsibilities
  • Annual Tasks:
    • Manage the 5-year Simulation Cycle.
    • Prepare the Annual Operating Plan, including Capex.
    • Develop the Cummins India Ltd. AGM presentation.
  • Quarterly Tasks:
    • Create the Cummins India Ltd. Financial deck for the Board of Directors (BOD).
    • Prepare presentations for Analyst calls/Analyst Meets.
    • Compile the India Quarterly pack for the Cummins Leadership Team (CLT).
    • Organize Leadership Meets.
  • Monthly Tasks:
    • Generate Flash results.
    • Compile Monthly Forecasts.
    • Facilitate Leadership meetings.
    • Submit Corporate reports.
  • Adhoc Deliverables: Address other deliverables as requested by India leadership and Corporate.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Prepare complex financial analyses and reports for department management.
    • Conduct analyses, reports, and special studies for management.
    • Partner with organizational units to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
    • Consolidate financial data for statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
    • Coach or lead less-experienced Financial Analysts.
