Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other regulations.
- Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in configuring and integrating finance modules to streamline financial processes.
- Collaborate with teams to support system integration and resolve issues.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and support month-end and year-end closings.
- Conduct financial reconciliation, audits, and variance analysis.
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including TDS, GST filing, and income tax.
- Assist in audits and ensure tax compliance.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and controls.
- Support finance transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of experience.
- Expertise in Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax, and GST compliance.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with TDS, GST, and statutory audits.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
