This role's primary focus is to improve and manage Finance Data and Systems operating processes. Ensure agreed-upon expected outcomes are met and continuously improved upon. Manage and drive informed executive decision-making, both within and across business units and functions. The Finance Integration Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing finance programs and projects within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring that financial initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role is both strategic and operational where the key outcomes are to:
• Safeguard Finance data, systems, and procedures by providing clear Finance requirements to ATI project teams that may deploy new systems utilized by the Finance team.
• Organize and support project-related activities to ensure Finance objectives are being realized.
• Define, track, and communicate integration progress to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Document departmental processes and procedures.
• Responsible for supporting the internal stakeholders to meet the company's long-term and short-term performance goals.

The outlook of the role is both internal and external. Internally, the role must work collaboratively with Finance Data and Systems leadership, Finance & Accounting team, Corporate Finance, and local teams where the focus of the role is optimizing business performance through successful collaboration with our internal clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Finance initiatives for continuous improvement practices.
  • Lead and manage programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Define, track, and communicate integration progress to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Organize and support project-related activities to ensure Finance objectives are being realized.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on budgets for programs and projects, forecasting future financial needs and resource allocations.
  • Provide regular feedback and escalate issues to GM Finance Data and Systems regarding significant process gaps and proposed resolutions.
  • Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Assist leadership with identifying actionable financial and operational plans to address process deficiencies.
  • Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the goals set by the company.
  • Manage projects and drive initiatives across multiple teams by acting as a trusted consultant.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners to provide updates, gather requirements, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with companywide operational support teams to train employees to meet the client demands.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement processes and tools for efficiency within the department as well for stakeholders.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Support business leaders in decision-making and the ability to explain analysis results to non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with ATI resources to develop and maintain the Finance process document repository.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, learning science, data analytics, applied analysis, statistics, or a closely related field. Masters a plus.
  • Proven experience of 10 years in Project Management, or related roles.
  • Portfolio and Program Management of Process and IT-related initiatives.
  • Proven proficiency in soliciting business requirements and process mapping.
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in broad finance roles, covering both financial and management accounting.
  • Experience or interest in gaming and managing operations
  • Experience in project management methodologies.
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Well-organized and delivery-focused
  • Effective and collaborative communication and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise (& challenge when necessary) with business operations.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Technical acumen and ability to converse on technical integration topics
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and takes initiative whenever an opportunity presents itself.

Travel Expectations None

Pay Range $107,431 - $199,516 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
