Controller Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting processes. The Controller will play a key role in ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Controller Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Develop and manage the company's annual budget and forecasting processes.
    • Monitor budget performance and provide insights to the executive team.
  • Cash Management:

    • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds for company operations.
    • Manage banking relationships and optimize financial processes.
  • Audit and Compliance:

    • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure a smooth audit process.
    • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
    • Provide training and support to team members.



  • Controller Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • years of proven experience in a Controller or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
