Responsibilities:
The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for the overall financial health and strategy of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in financial management, risk assessment, and business growth. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive financial performance, manage risks, and ensure that the company's financial goals are met. Additionally, they will lead and manage a team of professionals focused on the accounting segment of the business.
Qualifications:
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA licensure preferred. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role focused on financial management, corporate finance, and financial modeling. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization is imperative. Strong ERP, accounting software and computer skills are essential. Experience distributing and/or selling commodities is a plus.
