The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back-office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

Role Summary:
As the PMO Lead, you will be a key player in driving the client’s operational success by ensuring precision in tracking, reporting, and analysis. You will manage critical performance metrics, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), productivity, and cost per transaction, while delivering strategic insights to leadership through compelling presentations. Your ability to create impactful decks that resonate with senior leadership will be paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SLA Tracking and Strategic Reporting:
- Lead the end-to-end process of SLA tracking, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators and contractual obligations.
- Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Regularly present SLA performance reports to leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.

2. Productivity and Utilization Analysis:
- Develop and manage sophisticated dashboards to monitor productivity and utilization across teams.
- Conduct deep dives into productivity metrics, providing strategic recommendations to optimize resource allocation and workforce efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement productivity-enhancing initiatives aligned with broader business objectives.

3. Cost/Transaction Tracking and Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the meticulous tracking of cost per transaction, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Provide strategic financial insights through detailed analysis and reporting, supporting the client’s financial goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

4. Leadership Presentation Development:
- Craft high-impact decks for leadership, including monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
- Translate complex data and analyses into clear, compelling narratives that align with the client’s strategic vision.
- Ensure all presentations meet the high standards expected by Client and resonate with C-suite executives.

5. Coordination of Hiring, Onboarding, and Budget Tracking:
- Lead the coordination of hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new team members.
- Manage the distribution and tracking of essential tools, including Chrome books, ensuring operational readiness.
- Maintain and update the budget tracker, providing real-time insights and ensuring alignment with financial targets.

6. Strategic Budget Management and Reporting:
- Coordinate budget management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements.
- Provide leadership with timely, accurate updates on budget performance, highlighting potential risks and areas for adjustment.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A delivery and operations management, with a strong focus on SLA tracking, productivity analysis, and financial reporting.
- Extensive experience in a top-tier consulting environment, preferably with a focus on technology clients.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets.
- Proven expertise in developing high-quality decks for senior leadership, with a strong narrative and visual appeal.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite,SQL ,Looker Studio, and data visualization tools; experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of operational drivers in the technology sector.
