Job Description:
About the Role
Spearheading the team spread across locations. Facilitating long term growth strategy and
identifying business development opportunities in said service line.
What you’ll do
1. Responsible for leading Financial Reporting and Compliance team and Business
Development for the practice
2. Responsible for creation of visibility of the practice e.g., thought leadership, speaking
engagements, representing the practice in webinars etc.
3. Handle and nurture client relations at senior level (to have excellent communication
skills)
4. Support in driving implementation of strategy or business plans developed for the
practice
5. Handling and mentoring team members working in the practice, train them and groom
them with a defined growth path
6. Work with internal as well as external stakeholders in a collaborative manner
7. Handle a minimum team size of 15-20 members
8. Managing client escalations if any
9. Role defined above could be tailored based on future development in practice.

sustain relationships. One who has passion for this role and knows how to drive growth.
Desired Profile
Looking for a CA professional with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience
Experience of working with/for corporate clients (across industries/sectors) is
preferred, consulting experience is must & e-commerce sector is preferable.
Strong command over areas like Finance controllership, Finance and Budgeting, Audit
liaising and closure, Tax compliances, GAAPs (applicable in India, IFRS), complex ERPs
& Tally is must.
Should have a solution oriented and positive approach along with a dynamic personality
and a passion of problem solving
Should possess the ability to understand client needs and deliver them with quality
Should be flexible to travel
Prior experience in managing a team of around 10-15 Associates spread across locations
is a must
