About the team

As a member of the Finance team reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for supporting various financial functions. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in corporate accounting within the Indian business landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with colleagues and help support a high-growth, multi-entity, and global business. The incumbent should have strong accounting knowledge and should be focussed & driven to join the team.

What you will do
  • Responsible for financial accounting.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial audits.
  • Support in preparation of TDS, GST, SEZ and FEMA associated statutory returns.
  • Review and approve employee reimbursement claims.
  • Assist in the preparation of all banking related administration documents.
  • Maintenance of financial records for internal controls & external audit.

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and semi-Qualified- Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
  • Strong experience with working in Tally prime- EL ERP
  • A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present information, knowledge, and content with justification.
  • Experience working with information that requires accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Agile and resilient in managing multiple projects with multiple sources of information.
  • Ability to build rapport and to work as team and ability to collaborate with cross functions as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and should have expertise in industry-related tools and software.
  • Knowledge on core finance modules AR, AP, GL, FA, and CM.
  • Must have a high degree of accuracy on financial data and adaptable on an ongoing basis towards the tax provisions and financial tools.
  • Experience with working in Net Suite, SAP Concur is considered an asset.
