Position Title: Assistant Accountant Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • SAP Knowledge:
    • Utilize SAP for financial transactions, data management, and reporting.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient use of SAP for financial operations.
  • Related Party Transactions:
    • Monitor and manage related party transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Conduct audits and approvals of related party transactions.
  • Tax Compliance:
    • Ensure proper calculation, filing, and payment of GST and TDS.
    • Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Sales Register Management:
    • Maintain and update the sales register to ensure accurate recording of sales transactions.
    • Reconcile sales data with financial statements and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • MBA - Accounting and Taxation
    • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., Interna CA ) is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or chemical industry.
    • Proven experience with SAP and related financial modules.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.
    • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
