Position Overview: We're looking for a self-motivated problem solver to take on the role of Assistant Controller in our lean, dynamic finance team. This position will be instrumental in leveraging NetSuite ERP and Concur to optimize financial operations, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance. Working closely with the CFO, you'll play a key role in shaping our financial landscape while also managing day-to-day accounting duties.

Position Overview: We're looking for a self-motivated problem solver to take on the role of Assistant Controller in our lean, dynamic finance team. This position will be instrumental in leveraging NetSuite ERP and Concur to optimize financial operations, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance. Working closely with the CFO, you'll play a key role in shaping our financial landscape while also managing day-to-day accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Enforce and enhance internal controls for financial transactions and reporting
- Provide critical support during financial audits
- Lead and innovate disbursement processes for employee reimbursements (Concur) and vendor payables
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance and accounting functions
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Participate in cash flow forecasting and management
- Support tax compliance and reporting requirements
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is ideal
- Proficiency in Concur expense management system is a plus
- Sharp analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, lean team environment
- NetSuite implementation experience
