Key Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer
- Lead long-term financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
- Oversee audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in key decisions related to strategic initiatives, business planning, and operations.
Preferred Qualifications of the Chief Financial Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, etc.).
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
