Job Description: The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting. Key Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer
  • Lead long-term financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
  • Oversee audits, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in key decisions related to strategic initiatives, business planning, and operations.

Preferred Qualifications of the Chief Financial Officer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, etc.).
  • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
