Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts to drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Lead Accounting Team: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • CPA Certification: Professional certification as a Certified Public Accountant is required, demonstrating your expertise in accounting and financial management.
  • Experience in Financial Management: Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management or accounting, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage financial data and support strategic decision-making.
