Responsibilities:
- Oversee Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts to drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Lead Accounting Team: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- CPA Certification: Professional certification as a Certified Public Accountant is required, demonstrating your expertise in accounting and financial management.
- Experience in Financial Management: Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management or accounting, with a proven track record in a similar role.
