We are seeking a detail-oriented property management Accounting Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you're Excel-savvy and passionate about accuracy, this role offers a chance to shine. You'll play a crucial part in managing A/P software records, verifying and approving invoices for over 40 partnerships, and ensuring all codes and payments are meticulously reconciled. The ability to spot discrepancies and take initiative in researching and resolving issues is essential.
Your duties will include maintaining vendor records, processing payments, and preparing 1099s and federal filings. You'll handle account reconciliations, credit card processing, and create digital reports for bank uploads. Experience in property management is a plus, as you'll work with highly sensitive financial information, requiring a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
This is a role where you'll wear multiple hats, collaborating with vendors and co-workers to ensure smooth operations. While learning the ropes, expect a 8-5 schedule, but flexibility increases as you master the role. With a can-do attitude, you'll fit right into our team, where long-term tenure and excellent leadership set the tone for a supportive work environment.
