Fully Onsite in Noblesville, IN Monthly Regional Travel Required
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary dependent on experience

CFS Indianapolis is working with a great PE backed manufacturing client that is looking to add an Operations Controller to their Accounting & Finance Team.
This role will support regional plant operations in Indianapolis, Southern Indiana, and Tennessee.

Operations Controller Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations for 3 manufacturing plant locations to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and cost management.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to monitor production costs, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support private equity stakeholders by providing financial insights, preparing investor reports, and facilitating due diligence processes for potential acquisitions or divestitures.
  • Work closely with Plant Managers to determine cost saving initiatives
  • Monthly travel to 3 plant locations required

Operations Controller Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Required, CPA or CMA Preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, holding previous supervisory roles
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification Preferred
  • Ability to travel monthly
