Are you a budgeting whiz with a passion for healthcare finance? Join our team as an experienced Senior Financial Analyst and become an integral part of our financial planning and analysis process.
Leverage your expertise to develop and analyze complex financial models and budgets specific to the healthcare industry.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify cost drivers and optimize spending within healthcare operations.
Partner with stakeholders across departments to create realistic and achievable financial plans for healthcare initiatives.
Utilize advanced data analysis tools to extract and interpret financial information related to healthcare reimbursement, cost accounting, and other key metrics.
Generate insightful reports that support strategic decision-making for improved financial performance in the healthcare setting.
Stay current on industry trends in healthcare finance and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for cost-saving strategies and revenue growth.
Mentorship and Growth
In addition to honing your technical skills, you'll have the opportunity to mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Qualifications:
We Value Your Expertise
Strong understanding of budgeting principles and corporate finance practices, with a preference for healthcare knowledge.
Proven ability to analyze financial information (5+ years of experience) and identify trends specific to the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills to clearly present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Take Your Skills to the Next Level (Optional)
Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration.
CPA or CMA designation to demonstrate your financial acumen.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL.
