- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Work on automation projects that impact the processes and productivity.
- Prepare reports relating to efficiency and productivity of the factory employees.
- Prepare monthly variance reports of various items of expenditure.
- Take on key transitions from US and stabilization of transitioned processes.
- Bringing in process improvements and time/cost savings.
- A qualified CMA with minimum 4-5 years of rich experience in SAP FICO, FP&A related activities and MIS reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Prior project handling experience is preferred.
- Good public speaking and stakeholder handling ability.
