Job Description

• Lead the financial planning and analysis department, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends and potential risks.
• Oversee the production of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Collaborate with various teams to analyze financial information and develop strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Participate in strategic projects related to financial planning and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis' should have:

• Minimum 4yrs. of post qualification work experience in the core FP&A, ideally within the Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG
• Open to Mumbai as a location, WFO
• Should be a CA/CMA/MBA finance
• Candidate should come with experience in Business Finance/Business partnering and FP&A activities
