OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
- Spearhead financial strategies aligned with the firm's objectives, driving sustainable growth.
- Lead and navigate complex Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes with precision and strategic foresight.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, conducting thorough financial modeling and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams to ensure smooth and successful deal execution.
- Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Champion risk management initiatives, fortifying the firm against potential challenges.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA required.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Experience with Sage Intact.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
