Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our Accounts Team. The ideal candidate

will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, good organizational skills, and a keen eye for accuracy. As a

Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization by efficiently

managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating various financial activities, and

ensuring adherence to statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting: Oversee daily accounting tasks meticulously, encompassing the recording of financial

transactions, validating the invoices and payments made, and maintaining comprehensive books of accounts.

2. Monthly Book Closure : Contribute to the timely and precise monthly book closure process, ensuring proper

reconciliation of all accounts and the accurate generation of financial statements.

3. Accounts Payable : Oversee accounts payable functions, encompassing the thorough review of invoices,

meticulous processing of payments, and maintenance of records for vendor transactions.

4. Accounts Receivable : Efficiently manage accounts receivable operations, encompassing vigilant tracking of

receipts from customers, timely issuance of invoices, and persistent follow-up on outstanding receivables to

ensure timely collections.

5. Statutory Compliances : Ensure unwavering adherence to statutory compliances with respect to GST, IT, PF and

PT. Accurately prepare workings for filing relevant tax returns in a timely manner.

6. Team Management : Manage and motivate the accounts team to maintain strong internal controls, optimize

financial performance, and build collaborative relationships across departments.

7. Audits: Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external auditors during financial audits, proficiently providing

requisite documentation and explanations to ensure full alignment with established accounting standards and

regulations.

8. Monthly Payroll : Diligently process monthly payroll, strictly adhering to payroll regulations and conducting

accurate tax calculations9. Bank and Vendor Coordination : Establish effective lines of communication with banks and vendors, conducting

regular reconciliation of statements, promptly addressing inquiries, and fostering positive relationships to

facilitate the seamless flow of financial operations.

10. Financial Reporting : Contribute to the preparation of diverse financial reports, thereby furnishing invaluable

insights to inform effective decision-making.

Qualification Requirements

Educational:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance is a must. Fresher CA/ CA-Inter/ MBA preferred.

Demonstrated experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar capacity.

Proficiency in utilizing accounting software, SAAS platforms and systems.

Comprehensive grasp of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Exemplary attention to detail and precision.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate harmoniously within a team environment.

Strong organizational aptitude, capably managing multiple tasks concurrently.

Familiarity with auditing protocols and financial reporting.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

• Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
