Position: Asst./Dy./Manager Finance Location: Sanand, GIDC, AhmedabadÂ

Job Type: Full-Time

About Company:

Key Responsibilities:

1)HQ Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for all department processes and reporting requirements to foreign management. â

2)Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 12-15 members, including Chartered Accountants (CA), Company Secretaries (CS), and Cost Management Accountants (CMA).

3)Cost Oversight: Oversee and manage organizational costing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

4)Cost Compliance: Ensure compliance with all cost-related regulations and organizational policies.

5)Audit and Reporting: Oversee internal and external audits and prepare detailed financial reports for management review.

5)Stakeholder Interaction: Manage relationships with banks and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations and communications.

6)Department Responsibility: Take overall responsibility for the finance departmentâs performance and operations.

Qualifications:Bachelorâs or masterâs degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CA, CS, or CMA are highly desirable.

Minimum [10+] years of experience in finance management, with proven experience in managing teams and dealing with international stakeholders.

-Strong knowledge of costing, compliance, and financial reporting.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in financial software such as SAP-Telly and Microsoft Office Suite.
