Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
