Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Aarson Lozenges Factory located in Siliguri. As a Production Planning and Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning process and managing the accounting functions of the factory. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure production schedules are met, analyze production data, create financial reports, and contribute to cost control initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of production planning principles and techniques
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using production planning and accounting software
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), are a plus
