We are seeking a motivated, creative and innovative full-time Assistant Manager -Global Accounting to join our fast-paced Finance shared service team. The successful candidate should be a qualified Charted Accountant/CMA having prior experience working in shared service center and having global accounting or tax experience. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with other teams but also be an independent self-starter capable of meeting high output expectations.
What you’ll Do
Ø Management Reports - Reporting of financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Ø Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation for the accounts detailing the general ledger balances, research discrepancies, and prepare adjusting transactions necessary to make corrections to appropriate accounting records.
Ø Perform Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Ø Responsible for Treasury management
Ø Closely working with Sales team on renewal, Quote creation and Margin calculation
Ø Perform all month-end closing activities and reporting the trial balance for consolidation.
Ø Assist auditors with journal entry examinations, intercompany reconciliations, financial audits
Ø Provide research and problem-solving support for other accounting teams and business.
Ø Provide ad-hoc support and services as needed.

Requirements
- Should be a Charted Accountants/CMA with3-5 years’ experience
- Readiness to support international team as per different time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Salesforce.com experience would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of ERP Package, preferably NetSuite.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task are a must
