JOB LOCATION: CHENNAI, INDIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers to provide excellent customer experience and business growth

Identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business needs

Manage a delivery team and analyze delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries

Lead the service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure delivery of optimum performance of the teams

Determine ways to reduce costs and effectively manage FTE within budget and without impacting customer satisfaction

Using customer feedback improve and refine services as needed

Build partnerships and consult with team leaders to determine the services, delivery criteria and solutions

Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the performance of the business

Provide monthly or quarterly high qualitative MIS for management review and analysis

Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and save on time

Define, simplify, standardise processes and implement best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strong project management and communication skills

Skilled in customer service, team management, quality controls and resource planning

Work with US Clients and willing to work in US time zone

Proactive thinking and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and consistently meet deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

10 to 15 Years experience handling process delivery, clients, and people management

Master's degree in M. Com or MBA in Finance and CA, CMA or CPA preferred

Core experience in end-to-end finance and property accounting domain

Experience in handling customer onboarding and transition life cycle management

Skills: Customer Service, Project Management, Team Management, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Resource Planning
