We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Airport Services - Customer Service Executive & Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and airline clients at the airport
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and update customer information and flight schedules in the system
- Process payments and refunds for airline tickets and other services
- Ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations and policies
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget planning
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile accounts
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during audits
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
- 0-5 years of experience in customer service and/or accounting, preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of airport and airline operations and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
