Designation: Finance Executive
Reporting to: CEO
Educational Qualification: MBA-Finance / ICWA-CMA (Preferred)
Experience Required: 1+ years
Role Requirement:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost Analysis & Enhancing Revenue: Conduct regular analysis of product costs, including alloys, metals, tools, Fixtures, labor, and overhead to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting (Market Review & Study): Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into cost trends and variances for decision-making purposes.
3. Cost Control, Negotiations & Purchase Influence : Develop and implement cost control measures to minimize wastage and improve resource utilization across departments. Strong Negotiations with Vendors for cost efficiency and influence purchases.
4. Data Analysis & Financial Reporting: Prepare cost reports and financial statements, highlighting cost performance against budget and forecast.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve cost accounting processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
6. Compliance (Audit & Reviews): Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, including relevant provisions of the Companies Act and tax laws.
7. Costing Methodology: Stay updated with developments in cost accounting methodologies and best practices, applying relevant techniques to improve cost management.
